Reservations and Cancellations
BOOK EARLY
We strongly encourage booking well in advance, particularly for trips to Greenland, sailing with icebergs or Alaska or Rocky Mountain RV trips. Facilities for these trips and expeditions fill early and RV rentals get booked early. We do often have last-minute trips available, just call or use our contact page. Full payment is required for any reservation made less than 30 days in advance of the trip (14 days for off-season).
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
To make a reservation, call, email or use our contact form. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit must be received within 14 days of booking or the reservation will be forfeited to make room for others. Upon booking, we will provide email confirmation of your deposit along with our questionnaire, release form and insurance requirements. The remaining balance is due by 30 days before the trip begins (14 days for off-season) or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit cannot be refunded. We are a small business and need our full bookings to provide enough revenues to operate.
CANCELLATIONS
Most trips like the ones we provide are booked months in advance. Last minute cancellations leave us little time to rebook. Because of this, our cancellation policy is not negotiable unless a local emergency has been officially declared. Cancellations will only honor future reservations, no refunds are made. Re-reservations will be automatic for cancellations prior to 60 days from the beginning of a trip. Cancellations within 60 days will only re-reserve if the cancelled space can be rebooked.
